Parent Communication & Feedback

At DMSS, we value open, respectful communication with parents and guardians. This guide explains how to share feedback, discuss your child’s progress, and reach the right people efficiently.

Step 1: Contact the Site Supervisor

All communication regarding your child's progress, concerns, or general enquiries should first go through the Site Supervisor, who will liaise directly with relevant coaches to provide feedback.

Step 2: Follow Up

If you haven't received feedback within 48 hours, please follow up by phone or email to ensure your concerns are addressed. We appreciate your patience as we work to provide the best possible experience for your child.
