Dear Athletes and Parents, With Nationals fast approaching, we at DMSS want to help everyone prepare for the event with a few simple tips to make the experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Be on time. Nothing is more stressful than being late and having to rush. This is the easiest thing to control - give yourself a buffer and leave 10 minutes earlier than planned. If the coach has asked you to be at the pool at 6:45, aim for 6:35. This gives you time to get changed,
